Ich freue mich, Teil der Langen Nacht der Hausarbeiten an der Hochschule Pforzheim zu sein – ein Event speziell für Studierende, die in unterstützender Atmosphäre an ihren Hausarbeiten arbeiten möchten.
Mit Yoga- und Well-being-Workshops unterstütze ich die mentale Klarheit, Konzentration und innere Ruhe – durch einfache Bewegungen, bewusste Atmung und kleine Tools zur Selbstregulation.

A Graceful Motion Community Project guided by Chanti
This 7-week journey weaves together the power of running with the grounding of yoga – designed to help individuals cultivate consistency, confidence, and connection through motion.
Organized by Graceful Motion and led by Chanti, the program brings people together who are ready to move – not just toward a finish line, but toward themselves.
Each week includes:
